Very impressive, but still could be improved. The animation is top-notch, but I feel that the part where it says "TWS" could be fixed up. It doesn't quite compare to the rest of the animation. Keep up the good work!

excellent!

this is great! the animation was smooth and fluent, the lipsync followed the spoken words, shading and lighting was well done, and the sound was great. definitely a 10/10

Yes there is a problem. No one besides me and a few people know much about Brother. You would screw up his character very badly. I have developed most of Brother's character traits and abilities. I'm not revealing a lot of them until later in this series. So no, wait several more episodes then maybe.
